But first, she was a gorilla. There are plenty of gorillas in her life but why she became one 2 weeks ago is a mystery. She's long comforted herself in the third person as in, waking with molar pain in the middle of the night and saying, "What's up, Duder?" or "What's wong, Fiona? (sic)". Now she adds, "Gorilla" on the end and it seems a little more powerful.
Here she is on her first playground venture of the spring having just said, "Don't fall, Gawihwa!". She also gives herself compliments, as in, "Nice steewing, Gawihwa!" while maneuvering on her tricycle.
But that's totally last week. Now she's a fox.
Twapped.
Grammy stopped over for a plastic snack.
Fun, tactile letters and numbers from Grandpa Dennis.
Some she knows, others she confidently invents.
Most unknown words spell, "Fiona!".
Cool fact.
One of these things is not like the others.
Sap production has been more than ample and is pretty darn tasty straight from the tree.
Grampop visited all the way from the other side of the continent!
And he likes to draw and doesn't mind a low table!
He brought up some wonderful cousins from Philly and we had a raucous and loving 48 hours with them. Unfortunately it was a rainy couple days so this was our only walk (up Cascadilla Gorge) outside.

That's Marshawn Lynx, about to go down the slide.
Zach helped Grampop send some photos by iPad to Auntie Tess.
Then, while I finished up a little work, all the boys played some endless board game by the fire. I'm not sure they played; they may have just clarified the rules for ninety minutes.
Grandpa Rick and Grandma CB came over for some sitting and dinner and all enjoyed playdoh, as usual. They are VERY skilled.
Here's prototype #1 --which seems not to have worked-- of home-made Easter Egging 2015.
We'll totally nail this by the time she goes to college.
Meanwhile there's always Tintin when mom's crafting fails.
