Yesterday we got a cat. It was a quick decision to adopt this little girl from my nurse buddy who's moving to Florida Monday. She meowed pretty much all last night until I came and slept on the couch so she could be near my head. She's gonna take more sleep-training than Fiona has.
Bye bye, Grammy! We had to make a quick trip to Wegmans for a little box and food before the nameless cat pooped in the house. We made it.
Our friends bought a 100-acre farm in Freeville and we got to go explore yesterday. Lots of good stuff to climb.
I can hardly believe it but Kevin and Amy really, truly came back from their honeymoon in Bali and moved across the country and live in Rochester as of last week. They made the trip down for a visit last night and Kevin helped Fiona pick a good cocktail at Agava.
Fiona was a really big fan of theirs. I think she feels close to them because she had such a good time at their Idaho wedding in September.
